Refund Policy

These are the terms and conditions for our "Refund Policy" that apply when you purchase a product in the for of a print or other printed or digital product on our site. By submitting a return (by emailing quincihardyfineart@gmail.com) you agree to the text following in our "Return Policy" and agree to be bound to them.

Customers have 15 consecutive days to email quincihardyfineart@gmail.com after delivery to process a return.

Store Credit: All items of sale including Giclee prints and other printed items of return will be processed as store credit. 

Item Condition: Items returned must be in perfect condition (no tears, nicks, water damage, or bends). Item(s) must be in the original condition you received. We reserve the right to refuse any items sent back to us that does not follow these guidelines.

Order number and/or receipt upon purchase must be provided before return is processed.

Return shipping costs will be required by customer to cover.

Please allow 3-4 weeks for your return to be delivered and processed.
